Finding a Newly Created but Incomplete User in Beam
Sometimes, a new user is created, but the window is closed or the screen is changed before all information is fully entered.
If no workplace is assigned, it may be difficult to find the profile to edit it again.
? Check if the User Has No Assigned Workplace
? Step 1: Search for Users Without an Assigned Workplace
1️⃣ Go to the Employee/User list.
2️⃣ Enable the “Show coworkers with no locations nor role assigned in structure” filter.
This filter allows you to access the list of coworkers without an assigned workplace and without a role in the company’s organizational structure.
? In most cases, this will be enough to find the user.
? If the User Is Still Not Found
If you still cannot find the user, you can:
? Send an email to Beam Support: [email protected]
? Create a support ticket directly from the Beam platform.
