The technical team has developed an alternative clock-in method for users experiencing this issue on Pixel / Android 16.
To activate this alternative method on your phone, you need to enable it from the tools option that opens by tapping the app's version number at the bottom of the left side panel.
Once you've tapped V3, you'll need to close and reopen the app to see it take effect.
You'll then be able to see the V3 mention appear below the clock-in box.
