As a coworker, what are the clocking gaps reasons?

When a coworker clocks outside the defined leeway margins, a clocking gap is generated.

In this case, the coworker is prompted to select the reason for the clocking gap and, optionally, add a comment to provide additional details for the Primary Manager, ensuring they have all the necessary information to properly address the gap.

The process is as follows:

1️⃣ Select the reason for the clocking gap.

2️⃣ Add a comment (optional, except for the “Other” reason, where it is mandatory).

3️⃣ Click the “Clock Out” button to complete the process.

The clocking record is then saved with the selected reason.
