What to do if I cannot find the work contract type I need?

Contract Types Configuration in Beam

The contract types are defined at the company’s general configuration level in Beam.

Only users with the Super Administrator role can modify or create new contract types.

? Contract Type Configuration Elements

Each contract type can include the following parameters:

    •    Weekly working hours

    •    Annual working hours (Annualized workday)

    •    Number of PTO days per year

    •    Multiplier for hours worked on public holidays, if applicable

? Requesting a New Contract Type

If the required contract type does not appear in the list, you can:
