How to manage your work contracts

You need to create your work contracts in order to assign them to your coworkers.


This allows the system to use the specific parameters of each contract to accurately calculate several elements related to the coworker:

✔️ Hour bank (contracted hours vs. actual hours worked)

✔️ PTO balance

✔️ Allowed overtime thresholds

✔️ This applies to each contractual period


? Work Contract Parameters to Configure

    •    Contract type: Full-time / Part-time

    •    Work time accounting method: Weekly or Annual

    •    Theoretical work time calculation based on working days per week or year

    •    Number of weekly and/or annual hours (for annualized contracts)


Once the contract is configured, go to the coworker’s profile, under the “Contracts” tab, to assign the relevant contractual periods to each coworker.
