To make it easier to create audiences that update automatically, we can now use the skills of employees as a criterion, allowing for more precise audience targeting.

Let’s recall that audiences are lists of employees to whom we can assign tasks for execution or share tasks for tracking or editing.

In the Account Configuration, there is a Skills tab where Skills can be managed:

In the employee profile, you can assign one or more skills to each employee:

Once these skills are set up, you can then create audiences by selecting users based on their skills.

Example:

You can create an audience consisting of:

    •    a list of locations,

    •    and, within each location, only employees who have a specific skill assigned.

NOTE: The operator between the two conditions can be “OR” or “AND.”

In this case, you should select “AND,” so the list will only include employees who work in these establishments AND have these skills.

Advantages of this method:

This list stays up to date automatically:

    •    Each time a new employee joins the company, their skills are assigned, and they are automatically included in the audiences that match these criteria without needing to manually update the audiences.

    •    Each time an employee is archived, they are automatically removed from the audiences they were part of during the archiving process.
