Beam offers the option to add a compliance workflow, allowing the task editor(s) to validate the results of tasks and track their compliance.
This is particularly useful for tasks related to retail execution, Visual Merchandising, campaign setups, etc.
The task creator and/or editors have access to buttons, both on the web and mobile applications, to indicate the compliance status of each task by store/establishment.
There are 3 compliance states:
• Pending
• Compliant
• Non-compliant
Once a new compliance state is set, it can be removed by clicking the same button again.
• The state before “Compliant” is “Pending”, not “Non-compliant.”
• Similarly, the state before “Non-compliant” is also “Pending.”
Each change in compliance status for a task and store/establishment is notified to the members of the store/establishment who participated in the task, either by completing an element of the task or by exchanging at least one message in any section of that task for the store/establishment.
Additionally, the task creator and editors have access to a detailed progress view on both the web and mobile applications. Alongside the percentage of progress, they can also see the percentage of compliance based on the status of each store/establishment for that task.
