Beam offers the ability to add tags to easily identify and classify tasks.
The search system allows you to search by tag.
There is also an advanced search mode that enables searching for tasks using multiple criteria:
• Status: draft, ready, published
• Progress: completed, unpublished, completed, expired
• Compliance: all, compliant, pending
• By task creator
The filtered list can be sorted by most recent or oldest based on:
• Creation date
• Publication date
• Compliance date
Only users with the Super Administrator role can create and manage tags to ensure better control and avoid duplicates.
We are also available to create any tags you may need through the Beam support team.
