How to follow-up Action Points?

You have 2 tabs to track Points of Action (PAs):

  • My Points of Action: These are the PAs assigned to you, as well as those you have self-assigned.
  • Points of Action Explorer: This tab is for tracking PAs that you have assigned to other collaborators or that have been assigned by others to employees within your scope.


In the “My Points of Action” tab:


You can view the PAs assigned to you, sorted by their due date.

This tab is divided into two sections:

    •    Pending PAs that are yet to be completed.

    •    At the bottom, Completed PAs.

In the “Points of Action Explorer” tab:


You have a search tool with several filter fields to track assigned PAs:

    •    Those you have assigned to colleagues within your scope.

    •    Those assigned by other colleagues to employees within your scope.
