How to Track Location Productivity from BEAM


You can access the tab with your store’s Traffic and Sales data from the home page or the weekly calendar view.

Connecting Traffic and Sales Data


If your traffic and sales data are not yet connected to the BEAM platform, please contact the BEAM technical team, who will guide you through the integration process.

Data Analysis and KPI Calculation

Once this tab is opened, you will see a detailed breakdown of your store’s traffic and sales data for each day of the week. Based on this data, BEAM calculates the following KPIs:

    •    CR (Conversion Rate) = Store conversion rate, calculated by dividing the number of sales by traffic.

    •    Prod T (Productivity in Tickets) = Total number of tickets divided by the number of productive hours.

    •    Prod F (Productivity in Euros) = Total sales in € divided by the number of productive hours.

Definition of Productive Hours


Productive hours refer to the scheduled working hours, excluding absence hours. This represents the actual available time for serving customers and working in the store.
