If we delete a store/location from the Structure & Hierarchy of the company account, or an entire Area, or an entire Country, these establishments are automatically removed from the list of work centers that the collaborators would have had in their profile.
But it is necessary to update the Targets built with a list of establishments and delete the deleted stores/establishments from the Structure & Hierarchy.
Establishments deleted from the Structure & Hierarchy will appear in these Targets with a yellow icon to easily identify them.
