When we have a Target list created from a list of Stores or Establishments, we have the option, when creating a new Task, to assign this task using the “Execution by store/location” option. This allows the task to be assigned to the entire team of each store included in the audience.
Execution by employees:
Each block can be shared in two ways:
• Individual: Each employee in the selected audience must complete the task.
• Shared: All employees in the selected audience share the task, meaning the first person to complete it does so for the entire group.
Execution by store/location:
The entire task is assigned to the entire team of each store.
The first employee from each store who completes the task completes it on behalf of the entire team in that store.
Messages are shared among the employees who participated in the task.
